Booking and payment in general
All our prices shown on the website are incl. Danish vat and other charges.
Prices are current prices.
The price at the time of ordering is the price to pay for the purchase.
ZPORT4U takes reservations for misprints, price errors, vat and duty changes, as well as items out of stock and a receipt from our suppliers.


Confirmation of order

When you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation.
Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us.
You will also receive a new mail, the same day as your order is shipped.
When you deal with ZPORT4U agreements will be concluded in Danish.
If you wish to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send us a
mail on info@save-birdie.com

Payment

We offer several possible payment methods.
The most secure, and the recommended form of payment is with a debit card.
We accept the following card types:

Online payment with card
When paying with electronic debit card the money is first deducted when the product has been shipped. Your payment occurs through a secure and encrypted SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your card details cannot be read by outsiders.
Payment with credit card is done in cooperation with Quickpay and Teller/Nets.
Payment by other payment cards is done in collaboration with Quickpay and PensoPay.
When you shop with a debit card, we reserve the right to check whether the
personal information that is provided, is true.
We may at any time write down the amount paid – if f.ex. a product is sold out, or not
desired anyway. However, for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved
amount.

Delivery and delivery time
We have all displayed items in stock and ship your order within 24 hours, hence, 1-2 day delivery. We always send orders in the incoming order. At occurrence of sale, a birthday or similar there may be longer delivery time.

This will be appearing on the page. Your package gets delivered to your nearest pick-up point in 2-3 days with DAO365. You can track the package’s path to the pick-up point through a ”Track-and-Trace” number and you’ll also get an SMS when it can be picked up.
In case you have bought the foam roundels alone, they will get sent with PostNord as an ordinary package to your mailbox.

Shipping costs

You only pay £4.5. for delivery no matter how many humidity tubes you buy.

Return and right of withdrawal

When you shop with ZPORT4U you have a 14-day return policy where you can notify us if you regret the purchase, and then you are able return the item to us.
The right of withdrawal is active from the day you receive the bought product. If the time limit expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution day, Christmas eve or new year’s eve deadline is extended to the next work day.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must give us a clear statement via email thereof no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
You may after receiving the product only handle it in a way so that you can determine the nature of the product, properties and the way in which they work. You are only liable for any deterioration of the product value, resulting from the handling other than what is necessary in order to determine the nature of the products, properties and the way it works. In other words, after receiving your product, it can be tested in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as “used”, which means that you can only get a small part or none of the purchase sum back, depending on the product’s commercial value. We consider second-hand goods as being without commercial value. When there is talk about returned goods, will the cost of the return be on you – we pay return for the newly exchanged item and sent it to you again.
You bear the risk for the product from the time of delivery and until return, you are also responsible for the products being packed securely. You cannot return by simply refusing reception of the product, without giving us a clear reason for the desired return.

Complaints
You are of course provided a 24-month warranty following the purchase of a product. Which means that you can either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

Damage to the product due to mishandling by the customer are not covered by the
the warranty. Note: The hygrometer must not come into direct contact with liquid and it should be checked that within 1 year after delivery the batteries aren’t leaking.
Complaints concerning defects must be notified to the ZPORT4U in a reasonable time after receipt of the product.
Here, two months is considered the maximum of time – unless otherwise is agreed.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Remember that the product must always be returned in proper packaging.

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information
to others. These are only registered in our customer database. You can at any time delete your information if desired.

Before you can agree in a deal with us on ZPORT4U, we need the following information:

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We record your personal data, with the aim to be able to deliver the products
correctly to you.

Personal information registered with ZPORT4U, will be stored for up to five years, which the information will be deleted after. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens with your clear approval, so your consent is clearly expressed. The purpose of this is to inform you about precisely which information is being collected, and why. Only the owner of the ZPORT4U, have access to the database. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. As registered with ZPORT4U, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the personal data protection act – and request in connection therewith, shall be addressed to ZPORT4U via e-mail info@save-birdie.com

Cookies

On ZPORT4U we use cookies in order to optimize the website and its functionality, thus making your visit as comfortable as possible for you.
You can at any time delete cookies from your computer. How this is done depends on your browser.

Log statistics
We use log statistics on ZPORT4U. This is a statistics system that collects
information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and where on the site it exited etc. Log statistics are used only with the purpose of optimizing the ZPORT4U website.

Delivery:
The package is originally sent with DAO365, which deliver the package to the nearest pick-up point in 3-5 days. You can follow the package’s way to the pick-up point and you will also be notified by SMS when it can be picked up.
The foam roundels are sent with PostNord as an ordinary mail to your mailbox.
You pay only 4.5£ for delivery regardless of how many humidity tubes you buy.
